I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your Annapurna branch. I had opted for the 999 package, which included a Hydra Facial, Face D-Tan, Manicure, Pedicure, and Threading. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. To begin with, I did not receive the Face D-Tan service at all. Additionally, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the manicure and pedicure services provided. The staff appeared to be in a hurry, possibly because I arrived at 6:30 PM and the salon closes at 8:00 PM. However, that should not justify the rushed and careless service I received. During the manicure, I had to request a nail cutter and clip my nails myself. They were left uneven and poorly filed. The cuticles were not cleaned properly, and I had to point out each nail individually to get them cleaned. The overall experience felt unprofessional and incomplete. I chose your salon expecting a relaxing and quality experience, but I left feeling disappointed and unheard.

I really like the services and offers here, the staff is also very good and supportive, I am happy with the service here. My suggestion is to definitely visit once

Their professionalism and customer service is really outstanding. This place always has a welcoming and cosy atmosphere. They have a really competent and amiable staff Pinky Mam, Nishi, Sheetal at Annapurna Branch. Price is transparent and fair, definitely worth the money. Best place in Indore to get pampered

I visited 2 days back and took a package of hydra facial, added money to get hair spa done. but when they started doing it ... she didnt even washed hair's properly, neither the spa was done correctly..no proper application and steam was literally done for 1 minute where they started at 5:7 and ended at 5:8, we shared this concern to staff and they said this is how it is done as if we haven't went to spa ever, after this we were taken to some other room jo ki vha se dur tha and in mall infront of all balo me vo cream lga k dusri jgh they took us ... it was so embarrassing...facial part they dont hsve enough equipments using machine on someone while other person is waiting ki machine vha se niklegj tb use hogi ... they were also changing beds while this of others ... mani pedi to ese kiya jese bs khtm krna he krke , no proper shape to nails .. no proper massage .. na thik se clean kiya... when other clients are expressing there dissatisfaction they b like apka ese hi hoga mam nhi jira smooth to hum kya krsakte he .. as if we never had this services jiska hume koi idea nhi ... eyebros were done perfectly.. hair cut at that time hairs were wet to jyada pta nhi vhal ra tha but i when i came home .. i dont think jo mere balo me hua he use long layer cut kehte he coz i always take this cut .. as it suits my face. .. apart from this the behaviour of staff ... oh my god .. i literally saw that girl lifting eyebrows and gosipping about my sister..dude we are paying u for services they literally made us feel like ehsan krrhe he humpr..this was really disappointing.. i thought i am the only one but talking to others i got to know problem inhi me he .. worst experience ever .. ill never ever visit them again

Mostly the services given here are from training kids. The staff you see once may not be there the next time you visit. The service and facilities are cheap like very cheap because they hire training staff only. I once visited their Vijay nagar branch around 7pm they said the electricity is not there. And when I switched on the light the electricity was there. They just didn't want to do service and wanted to leave. Not a recommended place at all.

Your services are so good this is my second visit at aanapurna branch your team are so humble and product is very well your package are not more costly I am very satisfied thanks you
