A good experience with very clean and good atmosphere with a little music to just relax . Cooperating working staff . Prices were reasonable .

It's a good parlour visiting it from 18 years, till now no complaints from my side, totally satisfied with their services.

Simply cheating people there... Charging 500 for hand waxing and not even change a strip ... Used very cheap product for face cleaning which leads to allergy. On complaint owner acted very polite but on her instructions only, staff uses substandard material that too for bare minimum quantity. They Charge like luxurious saloon but their material, services are even worse than road side barbars.

The worst salon in jabalapur, there hairstylist doesn't know how to do a simple hairstyle, he Only knows 1 to 2 haircuts. I showed a reference pic for my haircut, he cut it too short and he doesn't even know how to do curtain bangs, while in the reference pic it's clearly shown she has long hairs, destroyed my hair fr. The owner doesn't know how a permanent straight hair process works, she said only one time is done, while it's done 2 times, what a joke she said tht like I didnt took parlour courses and like I hadn't done it in past, after finishing up my hair got all frizzy when I came home, poor customer care, very unprofessional. They don't know what they are even doing. The hairstylist also doesn't know how to style hair, like it's all in wrong direction. I really don't recommend coming here. Don't waste your time.

Not satisfied with the detan facial.... The girl who did my facial in pretty salon missed some steps in facial, facial pressure points are old school techniques....but they charge pretty good amount.... They don't mention or show the product they use....I doubt they gave me detan pack .... Because I hv been doing detan since long time from different salon... Every time it tingles after applying the pack .... But in pretty salon the pack was just like some normal pack ....When I asked for sunscreen at the end of facial the girl tried to fool me by giving some lotion when I asked give me the packet of the product I want to check the spf she started making excuses.... Stop fooling people around pretty salon

Behaviour of the staff was not good at all. They don't pay attention to those who are not well dressed so just don't go there, go somewhere else. They make their costumers feel bad with their actions.

Waxing: the employee used very hot wax and didn't change the waxing strips even when they were fully covered in wax. I had to ask her to change it. And she was doing in haste resulting in painful experience than it already is. Eyebrow: new employee Alka is good. She did exactly what I asked for and it was less painful. Haircut: Not at all recommended. Okayish service, doesn't feel like you got a haircut from a salon. Also they charge you extra for the blow dry after haircut which is generally included with the haircut in every salon. Also they straightened my hair after the haircut using high heat and did a lot of damage to my hair; my hair smelled burnt. Facial: facial and cleanups are average but they do charge a lot compared to the service they provide.

Good hygienic salon with high service standards similar like looks and tony and guy in place like Jabalpur. Mannered staff, highly polite and cooperative owner madam, uniformwd staff, peaceful and serene ambience with soft music. Rates are highly competitive.
