Bridal makeup experience (November 2024) 1- I booked my bridal make-up from this beauty parlour in November 2024. The parlour owner assured me that in highest package for bridal make-up of 25,000 Rs., client don't need to bring any accessories and she will provide all things. So I purchased 25,000 Rs. package. One month before the wedding, I even discussed the type of flowers I wanted for my bun, and there was no mention that I would need to bring them myself. However, on the morning of my wedding day, just few hours before my makeup session, the owner informed me that the flowers for the bridal bun were not included in the package and that I would need to bring them. This last-minute change made me feel completely cheated, especially since I had specifically paid for the highest package to avoid having to bring any accessories. Her sudden back out from her assurance was unprofessional and left me frustrated and disappointed. 2- While I was getting my makeup done, my bhabhi and my friend were both present to offer suggestions for the hairstyle, jewellery, and makeup. I was taking suggestions only from my friend. The parlour owner, secretly approached my bhabhi and said to her that "Aaj kal ghar walon se zyada important friends hote hain" trying to create tension by saying that I was not asking my bhabhi's opinion. This attempt to create conflict between me and my bhabhi was not only unnecessary but also highly unprofessional. Her only duty is to do make-up, not ruin a bride's wedding day by creating conflict between bride & her family member. Her unprofessionalism made me regret my decision of choosing this beauty parlour for my wedding. She is using my bridal makeup photos for her advertisement on Google but my overall experience was very bad. I will never visit this parlour again even if its the last beauty parlour in Bhopal.
