Disappointed and Frustrated I had a wedding to attend in two days, so I went in hoping to get a clean, sharp look. I even showed the guy multiple angles of my own picture to make sure he understood exactly how I wanted my beard trimmed. Despite that, he completely messed it up. It was clear they were just rushing to get the job done and move on to the next customer. He didn't use scissors properly on the beard and clearly had no clue how to thread either. Honestly, I wouldn't trust them with important occasions -- attention to detail was seriously lacking.

I recently visited this salon for a haircut and hair treatment. The cut was neat and the treatment made my hair feel soft and healthy. The staff were friendly and welcoming.

Worst service received ever...and behaviour of staff is pathetic, in one wash mera hair colour hi chala gaya, apni galti nahi mante upar se behes karte hai, please don't go there just a wastage of money

Very much unprofessional salon in Katni. Their haircut experts spent only about 13 minutes cutting my hair, charging 120/-. The salon lacks basic knowledge and a proper hair-cutting process. Despite repeated instructions for my haircut, the stylist spent more time explaining and justifying his mistakes. He didn't even care to equal the part of my hairs, somewhere it's long, somewhere it way more short. Just pathetic. Never go and waste your money here. Another thing that I didn't like him because he was munching gutakha, his breath was stinking a lot, it's like puking when he opens his mouth.
