My experience at Shop was very disappointing. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic customer service skills. There's no proper staffing, and the shop feels disorganized. The language used by the staff is also inappropriate, making the visit uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend this place until they improve their service.

Gave me the worst haircut of my life. I don't recommend at all if you want shorter hair.
