Arrogant and unsupportive staff. Least attention to comfort and requirements of the bride. More emphasis on the standard make overs existing despite bride saying No multiple times. Poor situation handling when under pressure of multiple brides makeovers.

They don't know how to treat a client ... this salon owner stop the fan and turn on her side fan while my husband was sitting outside with the baby even while my cleanup service is going on the owner switch off the ac and remover it's filter for cleaning and dust was on my face this is so unprofessional behaviour. When she asked one of her employee why you don't switch off this ac she said mam was taking the service that's why she said "koi baat nhi" and she stand on the seat for removing the ac filter such an aggrogant and unprofessional behaviour of owner
