I had a fantastic experience at Angel Salon & Academy for a keratin treatment! The staff and owner was welcoming and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The results were amazing--my hair feels so much smoother, shinier, and easier to manage. Went for quick blow dry after reading google reviews. I was warmly welcomed by the staff. There was a power cut but I was assured by the time I will be done with my hair wash power will be back and we can do blow dry. I was nervous but the staff was so nice and polite that I thought even if I can get a hair wash here it will be fine. Best decision! Sameer did my hairwash, got great head massage, had little conversations, he was so good with his hands I wanted to take a nap, so relaxing. Power was back on time. Blow dry was quick and top notch. I am not a local, I was told in Ratlam services are slow - not at all for me, very professional, knowledgeable, quick, clean place and best. My experience was so good that I decided to come back for more services in future given the knowledge, people and products they are using. I will 100% recommend Angel salon to anyone looking for salon services. Tanishq thanks for the chit-chat we had after my service as I waited for my pickup. I recently had a hydra facial at Angel salon and was completely blown away by the results! The staff was completely knowledgeable and tailored the treatment perfectly according to my skin .. I prefer others also to take the service from there.

Need service improvement: 1) They used one already used wax strip for waxing me , even after i asked them not to - it can be highly infectious 2) work is average (waxing) - no proper finish 3) mismanagement - doing one eyebrow and then waxing , and then doing other eyebrow, even after asking them to complete one thing first (though the eyebrow was done well) 4) leaving work midway to cater to other clients If such little things are taken care of - it'll be a nice place to get things done .
