Poor service very bad staff Never go for waxing Humiliating all the customers

Not upto the mark got satisfactory. Because Myself gone through hair spa but due to their bridal makeup they have done my hair spa only in 30 to 35 minutes all were rushing for bridal makeup they hve charged from me full money but in hair spa less time they gave so not at all satisfied. Next time will not step if the service is not satisfactory.

Minus 5 Star.All Making fool.Specially in the name of Membership Card.They are cheater.Dont give services written in Membership card and everytime ask for extra money.Card bas lootne k liye banaye the in logo ne. Again my rating is MINUS 5 STAR. Change the name to UNSATISFACTION SALOON. They lost customer base of thousands customers due to their ignorance to CARD MEMBERSHIP customers . 1 baar card ki validly khatam hone k baad hajaro customers ne card renew nahi karaye. Only YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for lossing customers. Not the customers are responsible for not coming to your saloon. Appointment ke liye phone Karo to usme bhi taalamtoli. Card member ki bas beijjati karte ho.

From my personal view of experience, this is the best salon in ratlam city.
