Smart Lady Beauty Salon & Spa

I would strongly advise staying away from this place. Everything is overpriced and subpar. They deceive customers by engaging in unethical business practices. They quote one price upfront, but by the end of the service, they demand 4-5 times more, coming up with random excuses. My wife went there for a saree draping. The owner initially quoted 500 INR, which is the standard rate in Rewa. However, once the draping was done, she demanded 2000 INR. The draping was below par and she even damaged the saree. MESSAGE TO OWNER - For fraudster and money-minded people like you, there's a spot near Sai Mandir in Rewa where beggars sit. GO AND BEG FOR MONEY THERE because this is what you do in your Salon.

Would share my experience as one day i visited their salon and enquired the prices for haircut and 03 cleanup which one of their staff quoted as 700 for haircut and 1200 for the other. The fact is they dont have prices displayed anywhere .Next day I called them up and asked to book an appointment added they said they charge 1500 for the cleanup, saying they revised the prices and the one who dealt me that day was unaware of the price. I really felt a joke inside and thanked that i didn't end up taking their service. Because who knows they would raise the price to 2000 till that day

I am writing this review of the disappointing experience with this Salon. I am not from Rewa, so I wasn't aware of their service. My Cousin suggested getting hair color done from Smart lady Salon; it turned out to be the worst salon experience. I paid 4000 for Global Color, which is expensive as compared to Bangalore (where I was) and Color started coming out so badly with each wash and grey hair were again visible within 2 washes, and it was so bad that it ruined Hotel's towel and My T-shirts (Please see the attached pictures for your reference) When I sent them the video on Instagram, no one responded, so I visited the Salon, and the Owner was not there. Their Hairdresser was like, all these grey hair are new (even the big ones), and I even told him Do I look alien to you who will get this big grey hair in 2 weeks? When I spoke to the Owner over WhatsApp, she was so aggressive in defending them and did not care about the customer at all . When I visited her in Salon, she was more aggressive and started giving all the excuses, and not a single time did she accept that they were wrong, or their product was not up to the mark. 6, 7 Salon members pulling my hair from each direction, recording videos of my hair, and telling to wash my hair again to see if that video is fake. Salons like these won't survive a single week in cities like Bangalore. Only Rewari's are accepting this misbehavior. Even the Salon owner said the same that in Rewa, that's how we behave. Anyways. Customers make any Salon success or failure, and the Owner should always be grounded as it can be reversed anytime. I shared that hair wash video, WhatsApp chat with Owner, and audio to all my contacts in Rewa; they shared it on Insta, and most of my relatives and their friends are not interested in visiting this Salon anymore. My Cousin, who was thinking of Smart lady for her Bridal makeup (for this year-end), has changed her mind. Even my cousin, who suggested me this Salon (Owner knows her), got her hair color done from some Salon called Tarasha. That's how you lose customers. I am writing this review so that next time people are careful before losing their money and mental peace with this Salon.

Superb Work, excellent, I had a hair spa, i really want to say that was amazing, specially Nail art is phenomenal, staff is very careful n kind, blessings for rewa people, i wud say. I m from Indore and i came here for a wedding, someone recommended me, i just say I couldn't found anyone in Indore like this

It was my first time with them and was worst.Staff is so unprofessional, specially the hair guys, they were literally going to burn my hair. They went to talk in middle and make fun of the customers. Some of them are good and friendly. Even with the bride they were like if you are not taking our jewellery then we will not help you with anything. So overall worst experience.

One of the best salon in Rewa... must try for any kind of services, either skin or hair or make up... they provide services for outstation too...
