ELEGANCE "BEAUTY STUDIO"

I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Elegance Parlor in Sagar. I had booked their bridal makeup service well in advance with the clear understanding that the main makeup artist herself would do my makeup. However, on the day of the event, her behavior was extremely rude and unwelcoming. Without any prior information, she informed me that her assistant would be doing the makeup instead. The unprofessional conduct and change in plan, I decided not to take the service at all. When I politely asked for my advance payment to be refunded, the main artist flatly refused and spoke very rudely. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, especially for such an important occasion. I would not recommend Elegance Parlor to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and professional bridal services.

I cannot speak of their makeup services as I haven't personally tried them, but I would like to share my experience with their nail extensions. I've had nail extensions done many times before, so I'm quite familiar with the process. However, this was my first time getting them done in Sagar. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the quality of their nail services. Having had nail extensions done several times in Australia, I had high expectations. Regrettably, it was clear that the work was not done properly. For the price I was charged, the quality did not meet the standard I was hoping for. While I understand that issues can sometimes arise, my biggest disappointment was that despite paying nearly 5000 for nail extensions on both my hands and feet, the extensions didn't even last a week. I had specifically requested that they be done in a way that would ensure longevity, yet all of the extensions came off within a week, which has never happened to me before. Sharing a picture of the nails, clearly can see that from the bottom the shape is not proper.I wouldn't have left negative feedback if my nails had lasted longer. Overall, I am very disappointed. Considering the high price I paid, the quality of the service was simply not up to par.

The place is nice and cozy, i felt comfortable right when i walked in.. and i love the services & im lovin my nails and the nail technician was very patient with me when i was choosing a colour and design .... Will visit soon

The makeup products she uses are of very poor quality. She doesn't have the manners to talk. She gets everyone to post fake Google reviews.

I went for medi - pedi with hands detan. The service was so good staff was sweet and had really good experience with them. Must visit in sagar!

My experience was very good. The makeup artist's behavior is very attractive. Along with doing makeup, she also tells the customer how she's doing makeup and what she's using in makeup. She behaves very lovingly. After this experience I would always like to visit their parlour.
