I'm a regular customer and i always get immaculate service. Appointment is available and encouraged. Staff is trained and courteous. All in all great.

I wish I could give a 0 star. They cut my hair by double the amount I asked them to cut. Apart from that, the haircut itself does not seem good at all. Doesn't feel like an expert has done the job. They straightaway cut the entire length without asking me if I was okay with it. Wouldn't recommend at all. Gave unnecessary haircare advice. Hair spa was very nominal too

Best salon out here! Everytime I visit my hometown, I make sure to get a service here. Be it menicure, pedicure or a hair spa! It's so clean and hygiene and peaceful too. Got my hair coloured this time around from Akshay and Michael and boy I cannot be more happy! Would definitely recommend this to everyone in A'nagar

Bad management. I had taken morning 11.30am appointment bt they just reschedule my appointment 4 times in a day. Whn i call them at 6.30pm they just told me that 2days appointments are full. Was just waiting for my appointment full day. Wasted my Saturday. Very bad. I think Mr. Abhijit(hairdresser) Is too busy. They should hv given me another hairdresser appointment. I think they dont hv another good hairdresser. And this has happened twice with me.
