Third class service...they trick me to buy theirs discount coupon but when it comes to provide services they said our lady beautician is on holiday....when I ask for refund staff were like " owner ka call hi nhi lag raha" and pass time for one day...then finally when I get done hair cut that stylist cut it too short even when I asked for not to cut it short....It is the worst experience I had in ahilyanagar since last 4 years...bakwas place... bakwas sevices...

I WAS regular costumer with their membership. But today whatever I experienced was SO bad. 1. It was understaffed with 2 person, a male stylist and a female Stylist. may be others were on leave due to some emergency. BUT in such situations "it is your responsibility to take bookings accordingly based on capacity" 2. When hair stylist was doing haircut even after telling the fact that the customer has sensitive hair follicles so she need to be careful. She was using comb with small teeth. Even after repetitive reminders, finally she turned rude and said "this is how it is done". Unacceptable behaviour when you know the fact. She left in hurry as she had to go home early. Customer was not at all satisfied . 3. With less staff they overbooked appointment and took some one else before us. UNETHICAL. you should respect others time along with your business. Market is full of other good salons. MAY BE BETTER THAN YOU. 4. You are running business on grounds of greed.

They loot you for ambience but service you visit for...the salon experience is worst. Not worth the money you spent. It's better to visit a regular salon you visit in Ahmednagar. Extremely unsatisfied.
