The Grooming Factory Unisex Salon

I availed three services -- global hair color, keratin treatment, and manicure-pedicure. Since I was getting keratin after coloring, I specifically requested the right shade multiple times, knowing it would lighten. But they chose a shade too dark, and it didn't lighten at all after keratin -- totally not what I asked for. During the keratin process, some of the staff were clearly untrained -- they ended up burning my neck twice with the straightener! As for the manicure-pedicure, it was the worst I've ever had. The staff didn't even know basic steps -- she left the cuticles as is, made my finger bleed, and the only thing she relied on was a shiner coat (which I refused because I don't use nail color). My nails looked exactly the same as before, just damp. When I informed the owner, he casually said he'd waive it off next time. As if I'd be coming back! So ladies -- especially if you're coming from Army Cantt -- save your time and money. This place is not worth it

Overall service is good .. I am really impress by staff they are easily get familiar and also I am obsessed with my haircut .. it is too much perfect as per my need they consult me very well as per my hair structure. Thank you soo much I will definitely refer this salon to everyone who look for their new makeover or haircut
