I had my hair treatment done from here and initially I was so scared bcz its my first time . But Rukhsar dee gave me natural treatment which made my hairs look natural and healthy. I can't even thank her in words. she is such beautiful person I ever met Thanks a lot. Every single person is really good in their work over there , most happening place to visit. Rukhsar dee gives brilliant suggestions on hair ,skin n everything. You Must visit .

Worst service ever. I had specifically asked for Rica rollon waxing and booked appointment. Firstly she was trying to convince me to other waxing which I didn't opt for. Also she USED EXPIRED product and I highlighted her when I checked as she was struggling. Post that her response was just sorry. I complained her my body part is itching but she kept convincing that other one is better than what I asked for

I have been going to this salon for 2 years, overall service is very good. After shifting to Panvel as well I am going from Panvel to Alibag on weekends for all my salon services. Staff are very friendly and good at their services, especially for the hair-relating things I blindly trusted on Akram and for all other Beuty services I personally recommended to Ruksar Thank you Akram and Ruksar for managing all my services for a long time
