I had a fantastic experience at Passion!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. The space is clean, stylish, and relaxing--perfect for a little self-care time. My stylist was professional, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. The results exceeded my expectations! My hair feels healthier and looks amazing. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this salon to friends and family.

For any Mumbaikars who maybe in Alibaug, this salon is the place to go. I had an inportant event, chose this place and ended up having probably the best blow dry of my life, though a lot of great was used (which most salons will anyway do). They made my hair look glam and simple (in a nice way) at the same time. Can't wait to revisit whenever I'm in Alibaug just for a repeat experience.

I visited this salon expecting a professional experience based on what was promised, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. I was disappointed by the lack of communication and accountability. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service. "Not likely to return unless things change."
