One of the worst wellness branch. They have most things out of stock. And they dont bother to order it for you. Goa branches just take the opportunity to gain more business. Alibag branch is lazy in those terms

I am going to be eternally grareful for the midnight service that they provided. While I thought I would not be able to survive till morning, their home delivery service saved my life. Really really happy and satisfied.

Slow service, need to improve. Some time card machine not working properly. If you have lots of time then you purchase here, otherwise try other medical. Because they dont't have Value of time.

Manager Rajendra ,supposed to be on duty. But was not present the whole time. *Disappointed.* Yayati Mohite (in charge at that time)not at all cooperative and gave inconvenient experience. Staff is not experienced and non cooperative. Takes longer time for overall purchase.orientation to medicines is not proper. First bad experience with wellness.
