They didn't spend more than half an hour on the pedicure. There was no massage, and the lady doing my nail cuticles on my left foot was in such a hurry that she messed them up. She used the heel scrubber for only 20 seconds, which wasn't enough to remove the dead skin. When I pointed it out, she did it for another 20 seconds, but still didn't brush or clean properly. They were in such a rush that they didn't even wait for the nail polish to dry--they started turning off the lights. I had to wear my footwear with wet nail polish. It was supposed to be a jelly pedicure, and as shown in their Instagram videos, the jelly should be above the ankle. However, the amount was so little that it didn't even cover my foot. The person doing the pedicure even told me to rub my own foot to activate the jelly. I believe it's their job to handle the jelly and water, not mine. Apart from that, the experience was terrible. I have had jelly pedicures at many spas and salons, but this was the worst experience ever. I will never be a customer of this salon again--it is truly the worst in town. They charged 700 for the jelly pedicure, but the service was awful. No one even offered me water until I asked for it. The staff seemed unhappy, and nobody informed me that they close at 8 PM. I had asked for a 7:30 PM appointment, but they told me to come at 7:15 PM instead. I made it clear that 7:15 wasn't possible for me, so I'd be there by 7:30. Since it was my first time there, I was a little late, but if they close at 8 PM, they shouldn't accept appointments so close to closing time. They should have informed me earlier, so I could have canceled or rescheduled. When I arrived, they acted as if they were already closing. They wasted five minutes, then said two people would handle my pedicure. I agreed, but no one seemed interested in actually doing the job. The person working on my right leg made some effort, but the lady working on my left leg was terrible. You can see the condition of my left cuticles--they're swollen now because of her rough handling. The entire experience was genuinely the worst I've ever had. I strongly advise people not to go there. If you want good service, look elsewhere--don't waste your money on this salon. It's a complete scam

It was a very good and relaxing experience... Hair spa is awesome especially the head massage session is just like a wow... Staff specially mentioning merry is so cooperative and mam is so polite...everyone should visit for routine care.

I was so blissful experience with the salon and the staff. The ambience of the the salon is so clam and light. The treatment is also nice and the suggestion provided by them is good for us.
