Staff is very rude. They are so impolite. They aren't professional and skilled at all. They ruined the shape of my sister's eyebrow and talked very badly.

If there was an option for zero rating, this deserves it. There are a few helpers who does eyebrows and threading Firstly even if you give detailed explanation of how you want your eyebrow, they won't listen at all. I dont know what they think of themselves.And at the end, you are left with extreme disappointment and a disaster. When you try to complain about it to the owner, she asks you not to speak as there are other customers nd she doesnt want a bad impression And we were like lady i am your customer. Who else are you talking about. I think once these parlours get popular, they dont care about customer satisfaction at all. extremely disappointed with the service. Zero customer satisfaction. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Very bad experience for bridal makeup.. they charged for Mac makeup and they used all local n duplicate products.. makeup started takeoff within an hour .. worst service
