I made an appointment via phone because their website wasn't working. When we got there on time, they informed us that one of us would have to wait for our pedicures since they only had one person from the staff working. I reminded them that I had asked them to confirm over the phone if they would be able to do pedicures for us both at the same time, which they had. We then had to wait 20 minutes until a second person arrived. The foot baths weren't clean or scrubbed thoroughly. I asked them to clean it again. They barely had any bath salt for the soak. The massage on my left leg resulted in a bruised ankle. The pressure was good though. They did a poor job of applying the nail polish. I feel that the staff tried their best, but they are not trained in doing pedicures. A 45-minute pedicure appointment took more than an hour. We paid Rs. 900 per person for their "Aroma Pedicure" but it was not worth the price at all. This salon needs a huge professional revamp and better training for their kind but inexperienced staff.

Ugliest experience today I ever have, I am almost a regular customer, but the styler is total dumb & unprofessional, don't understand what's customer requirements.. Cut my hair like local basti salon, I am given money for my own hair cut, but i got my hair cut looks like basti cut.. Total disappointment, will suggest don't go. Total waste of money..

Great service! Very friendly staff and clean environment. Urmila and Sonu made my daughters feel like princesses and pampered with Manicures and pedicures. I got a relaxing facial from Ujwala and then I'm cherry on top a fantastic hair cut from Sopan!

Very Inattentive and arrogant staff, they were doing nothing but chit chatting while I was just waiting for getting my waxing done. Not worth the money and time!

I recently got highlights and a haircut at this salon, and Even though I initially wasn't satisfied, they made changes until I was completely happy. The staff is cooperative and kind, making the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lakme Salon Aurangabad is my new favorite. My previous barber Durgesh nai kept me waiting for more than 30 minutes even if I had already booked the appointment online. I am a working professional and can't afford to waste my one hour for a 20-minute haircut.I highly appreciate their professionalism and the quality of work they provide.
