I visited the Parlour On 30th April 2023 for make up, hair styling and saree draping. I booked the appointment for the same on prior basis. This was my first visit to the parlour but I have experienced a bad service by their staff and the owner. Because of the carelessness of the staff, she used the curl machine and that got slip from her hand that was fell on my stomach and then on my hand. On hand it got sticked so hardly that we need pulled out and it has burned my hand so badly. The audacity of the owner is after these things happened she asked me for the balance payment too. And just said sorry for what happened. It was worst thing happened that I had to go to a marriage ceremony with that burned hand . Worst experience please be aware before visiting this saloni. Worst experience and not even reimburse the amount owner was just saying I will reimburse you the money but till date I haven't received it. Bad experience. I won't recommend this parlour for any services. They are not even polite all are dramebaaz over there just saying sorry for what happened. The staff bought the cream to apply on hand she was so sweet she started crying but can't ignore the burning sensation on my hand it is been 4 days the mark is still there and water is popping out from that. I had to take Titanus injection and i had to go burning treatment from the doctor as the machine was so hot and that all.. My humble request please be aware not only visiting this salon but any other salon too. These people don't care of client.
