Went for hair straightening treatment because I had dry hair and split ends which was making management difficult. Was guided on available treatments by Aarti and Nisha, who helped match my requirements properly. The booking and appointment management was very comfortable and managed by Aarti and Fatima. They were very co-operative during emergency rescheduling and sudden power-cut which were flawlessly handled without causing me any discomfort. The staff is well-trained, polite, and helpful. The salon is well-equipped and good quality products were used.

My mom had a wonderful experience at this salon! Nisha Ma'am gave her excellent service -- she was warm, professional, and really took her time to understand what my mom wanted. From the haircut to the beauty treatments, everything was done with great care. The place is also very clean and welcoming. We truly appreciate the amazing service and would definitely recommend it to others!

I got a manicure and my friend got a pedicure, first of all, I don't think the tools the person used for my pedicure was cleaned before or after using on my fingers because she just put it back on the table, and to remove any excess nail color she used her finger rather than a q-tip over and over again. No cuticle oil or cream on my hand after the painted nails. For the painted nails. I had to ask her put a top coat on my nails so it stays on my nails and after the supposedly 5 min of wait for it to dry, my nails have smudges already. They did charge us along with the GST without fail. But even for my friend. The person only gave her one coat of nail color on her toes. If you don't believe you can give optimum service please don't provide it or market it.

I am the customer of lookwell from when it is started. When it was new it was good for all the treatments till around 1 years they made a customers and lookwell took the growth they started using fake products and all new artist's to join, which doesn't know anything to do,old and experienced artist's are left the lookwell. You will find now the classes also at the lookwell as academy,where the students and staff comes and learn and do experiment on your hair,face Now you will find every month or every 2nd month new new artists in the salon and to make people fool with thier 10% ,20% ,25% more offer and customers get into that trap and customers just loose the big huge amount in that tiny and fake products saloon,for convening the customers they are expert as they are trained for that,and if the customer complains for any issue they have kept and manager as well now ,so he comes and do he's drama as well. I am writing an review with my experience of 2 years what i have faced,i seen many different products in this saloon and many news artists they just do show off and use fake products on your face and hair. There are no experienced or well trained staff for your hair or skin. I will just suggest you guys that Shiva saloon which is from many many years ,just in front of the lookwell is much much better and genuine in all these products as well experience in artist's too. it was a really nice experience in look well salon, I came here to do my nails and parveen is an expert at it. I love them!! they also offered a complementary massage that felt very satisfying.

I had got my bridal service today. Felt very refreshing and all my tanning was hardly visible. Parveen one of the lookwell staff member really made me feel comfortable throughout my facial process and really appreciate her work . I was super relaxed and all ready fir my marriage
