Had very worst experience... I bacame bald post getting protein treatment from its unprofessional staff... Owner has a strong opinion that everyday 15-20 hair fall is common and usual for her as well... Height of the fakeness, low quality products, unprofessional approach, not recommended to anyone

I had an absolutely wonderful experience. The services are pretty good and also product they use are of high quality. Staff is also prompt in their services. The owner is soft spoken n knowledgeable .

Tried for an appointment. Even after appointment there is someone always present & the one taking appointment needs to wait. Earlier it was good salon, but now a days it's services are degrading.

I visited this salon & ask services offered as an package for 2 people & experienced their highly unprofessional approach. The staff must be capable enough to understand customer requirements & complete the services step by step accordingly. Instead they stepped in such a way that 1 of the service out of pkg has to be kept on hold for next day but paid it fully. Staff assured to call me next day but don't. 2 d I I went to salon asking to complete pending service but they had existing client & assured to call back in an hour which again they didn't do. Later they started giving excuses that because of other new customers walk-in they couldn't call me. So even if u paid in full i& services r pending b'cause of part of their staff inability to understand ur requirements u will get that service only at their convenience & availability & not as per ur requirement. The professional salon would have attempted promptly to complete pending service 1st rather accepting new customers. I would not suggest this salon to any 1. Dombivli has must more well professional & reliable best parlour services like Savla, Shivas etc

Have done my cleanup nd she really does it amazingly have done it twice and experience is good so far would like to continue to avail many more services in future ..

One of the best family salon in Dombivli... i had hair color treatment n other salon service..very friendly staff..must say much impressive..lyk to visit again here..thank you pooja for the proper advice and guidance for any service..

Very pathetic service,had a very bad treatment for facial.i m regret to spend money for 3rd class facial.local palour provide more better service.
