The Nail Village - Best Nail Salon In Dombivli

I got my nails done for the first time, and it was such a wonderful experience! Jayalakshmi was incredibly sweet and polite, patiently explaining the different types of nail extensions and helping me choose the best option. I went with soft gel nails, and she delivered the exact design I had in mind with perfection. I also brought my mom along, and Jayalakshmi did an amazing job on her nails too. We were both thrilled with our designs! Her hospitality was unmatched--she even treated us to coffee and appam, making us feel so welcome. Overall, the service, attention to detail, and warm atmosphere make this salon a must-visit. We'll definitely be coming back again!

The location was a bit hard to find but they helped me find the location and guided me on and once i found it, they were so sweet and helped me find better versions of my inspo. We started and all the products were top notch and really nice and they also showed me multiple designs with chrome on my nails because i said i liked chrome. They also gave me a gift which was so sweet and thoughtful. loved it and would def come again

I got acrylic nails done at this salon, expecting them to last a month, but they didn't even stay intact for 10 days. Instead of the experienced owner, my nails were done by a trainee, which was never communicated to me. To make matters worse, the owner wasn't present during my appointment to oversee the work and ensure it was done correctly. The only positive is that when I informed the owner, she was willing to fix the issue and asked me to revisit the salon. However, I couldn't spare another two hours to redo the same job. This was my first time getting acrylic nails, and I'm extremely disappointed with the quality and durability. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to them.

This was my first visit and Jayu was so sweet, she took care of me so nicely and did my nails exactly as I wanted them to be. She also offered me tea and appam which was very nice of her . She did the nails so professionally and was extremely caring, I would personally recommend everyone to visit her.
