I do not recommend anyone to visit this salon.. My first time experience was horrible.. firstly as shown in the images the salon doesnt have a pleasing ambience full of moulds and such poor hygiene. I did my Rica full arms waxing from here. From the next day itself i started noticing hair growth which i have never faced in my waxing experience I did Gold cleanup from here. After 1 week my face is full of clogged pores & dryness breakouts. Paying more than 1k and getting such horrible services.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the hair cut. I usually don't prefer to give less feedback giving everyone a benefit of doubt But the hair cut done by them was extremely short I won't recommend anyone to get a haircut even if you get any offer. Don't fall for the offer. I regret getting a done by them

I have been going to Zuicch for a long time - for usual stuff waxing, pedicure, eyebrows etc. The quality of service keeps changing because their staff keeps changing. But my nightmare experience happened when I went to them asking if I get my nail extensions removed. I had checked about this over a call first. When I went, at first they said they dont have the equipment and staff trained for the same, but later felt greedy and said they will do it. And then this lady who was extremely untrained in extensions removal, didnt have a drill machine, thought pulling and letting the customers' nails bleed and pain was the only way to remove extensions gave me a nightmare. I left the salon with tremendous pain and tears in my eyes. Leaving a few nails as it is. Inspite I was asked for a full sum of money. I am not one to write scathing reviews but this desrrves it.

This was my third haircut appointment. I was pleased with how the expert cut my hair as I requested. They have kind, courteous staff members who don't waste customers' time

Today I visited zuicch for the first time with my mother and it couldn't be any better! Amazing experience! All their staff are so kind and polite.. We did a couple of services. We both did facial pedicure manicure head massage and wash threading waxing etc. All of the services were delivered with lot of dedication and very professionally by the staff. Shweta did most services for my mother and she absolutely loved it. Head massage and threading was done by another staff which was also very nice. Mayuri did all the services for me, I was so so relaxed and I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it..so much that I slept through all of the massages..haha..Mayuri you have got magic in your hands..God bless you my dear! Will see you next time
