Very nice sincere job good people honest and trustworthy.

I had a disappointing experience at Moss salon in Gondia. The employees seemed unskilled, and the overall services provided were not good. I believe that feedback is crucial for businesses to improve their services, so I hope that the salon owners will take note of this and make improvements in the future. I would recommend looking for other salons in the area with skilled employees and high-quality services.

The one star I am giving is only for the doing by eyebrows really good. I went their for haircut and showed them the style I wanted and the person their told me that they can do it and when the time came they did a complete 180 and gave me a basic ugly layer cut and even managed to ruin the length I wanted. Next I wanted some face framing layers and they didn't even know what it was and just gave me some ugly bangs. I couldn't leave because my hair was already prepped for haircut and it was sopping wet. They completely ruined my haircut. I don't think they are up to date with the new hair trends.

Worst experience. Don't visit this salon.....I hate just waste of money

Avoid to visit this salon they charge you the way high much and the big issue is staff are not good they ask you to pay half money in there personal gpay account and half to the salon account... I didn't get result even.... Worst experience ever... Never gonna visit again...
