Worst Salon Experience - Absolute Waste of Time & Money! I had the most frustrating experience at this so-called salon. First, they didn't even bother to pick up my calls--I tried three times! Since they were ignoring my calls, I decided to visit in person, only to be treated with the worst customer service imaginable. The owner told me to wait for 10-15 minutes, which turned into an outrageous 60-75 minutes of sitting idle with ZERO communication. When I finally asked, they told me to go for a head wash, which I did. After that, I was seated for a haircut, and the stylist prepped everything, but then disappeared for another 20-30 minutes without saying a word! At this point, I lost all patience, canceled my haircut, and walked out. To make things worse, they had the audacity to charge me for the head wash despite the ridiculous inconvenience they caused, and not even a single apology from their side. This place is an absolute joke! Completely unprofessional, disorganized, and lacking basic customer service skills. If you value your time, money, and self-respect, STAY FAR AWAY from this place!
