The way Sarang Dada explains every doubt is very good and easy to understand. That's why I called him kesaaNcaa ddoNkttr. I tried dandruff treatment and hair spa, the result is fabulous! Sarang Dada does his work from the heart. I acknowledge his concern and care towards his clients. Throughout the process, I asked too many questions, and he answered very calmly which clear my doubts. Also, he suggests various professional hair care brands suitable for one's hair and budget.He takes his time and doesn't do anything in a hurry. Also, meditative music during hair spa and the light humor of Niranjan Dada won't make you bored. It truly shows the bond of brothers. Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with BOB salon. The service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the ambience was very pretty and elegant.

Customer response is absolutely terrible... I went there thrice(around 5-6 pm)... every time they told me that there are 2-3 customers in line, and they would call me.. & They didn't even call me once... Seems like they give priority to old customers only...
