I recently visited this salon for nail overlays and color, expecting a professional experience, but I left disappointed. To start, the cleanliness was subpar--the nail art station, including the chair and table, was visibly dirty. Although the technician was polite and spoke only when necessary, there was a clear lack of attentive care throughout the process and the service had several issues. As someone with experience in overlays and manicures, I found the process unusually uncomfortable. The cuticle work was extremely rough, causing painful pushing and cutting that led to bleeding. When I raised this concern, I was informed that "people with sensitive cuticles always end up bleeding, and it is very normal." I had specifically mentioned reading similar reviews when I booked, but this explanation didn't sit well, especially since I've never had this issue elsewhere. The nail shaping was aggressively done, unclean, and unfinished, with a quality that feels below professional standards. The color application was also disappointingly streaky. Overall, this was not the experience I anticipated. I'm very concerned about the bleeding of cuticles during the process, especially with chemicals being used on them--what if it leads to infection? Every cuticle was painfully sensitive, and each touch only made it worse. If you value quality and safety, I'd strongly recommend thinking twice before booking here. Edit: it's day 2 and I've already lost the overlay on one nail with others starting to lift as well, likely due to low quality products. The pain in the cuticles of every finger is unbearable, making this experience far from worth the TIME, MONEY and PAIN.

Very bad service.staff and manager behaviour is also bad I have never done such a dirty hair spa till date. It would have been better if I went to a small salon My hair was very smooth before the spa but after the spa my hair became completely dry and frizzy This is the worst parlor I have seen. I told him to use whatever I like, he used another brand's product from his side on my hair.I am completely dissatisfied with the service. I had an amazing time at Bella Salon, and I owe it all to Saee! She is a gem--her calm demeanor and skilled hands made my visit truly special. From the moment she started the waxing and cleanup, I could feel the effort she put into every step, making my skin feel deeply cleansed and rejuvenated. The pedicure was equally fantastic- her gentle massage techniques made it incredibly relaxing. The salon itself has a welcoming and peaceful vibe, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the salon today! I went in for a Dtan pack and facial, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Sai, who took care of me, was fantastic - she was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. I can cleary see the results. My skin feels refreshed, glowing, and deeply rejuvenated. I highly recommend this salon and Sai's expert services.

Staff behaviour isn't coperative at all. They don't listen to customer's needs instead they will offer other services & will force you to get it done first. Even if you go for basic haircut treatment the staff will force you to get either high price hair cut or hair wash or any other hair care treatment unnecessary.

Overall, I had a mixed experience at this salon. The haircut was excellent, and I left feeling satisfied. However, I was disappointed with the nail treatment as it resulted in a painful cuticle injury and bleeding. Additionally, the waxing service did not meet my expectations. While the haircut was great, the other services left much to be desired.

Worst saloon at price point of 200 150 was appropriate. Reduce the price or else we will stop going to bellas
