0/5 stars - Disappointing Experience I'm thoroughly unimpressed with the service at this salon. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Despite having a 6 pm appointment and informing her I'd be late, she agreed to see me. However, when I arrived 6 km away from my place, she denied service, claiming the salon was closing. What's concerning is that she kept saying "please come" during our call, only to refuse service when I arrived. Furthermore, the staff and Google-listed timings didn't match her claim of closing time, raising suspicions about the legitimacy of her reason. To make matters worse, she was also unhelpful when I asked about availing a promotional offer the next day, dismissing my query curtly. Given the subpar experience, I'd recommend visiting the Look Well salon next door instead. Their staff was friendly and welcoming when I visited after this disappointing encounter. The marketing strategy of this salon seems to be the only redeeming aspect, but it's not enough to make up for the poor service.

I got a haircut and hair colour in the Enrich Salon from Mr. Pankaj. To be honest, the whole experience was beyond my expectations. He handled the entire process with expertise and excellence. Other staff in that Salon were also very welcoming and humble. It was a superb experience for me and I recommend it to everybody looking for some hair treatments.

Very bad experience in enrich Kalyan. They're more keen to make you take membership than to give good service. Hair spa according to them is 10 minutes head massage. Someone please train them about what it is. Hair cut was horrible but price is exorbitant. We don't mind paying it if service is good. They don't allow you to leave unless you take membership or buy their products. I kept telling them I stay abroad most of the time but they insisted I take it

I have done my hair makeover from Enrich kalyan west from hair dresser Pankaj.. absolutely loved the hair makeover the technician suggest best look according to our need and trend.. highly recommend same..!!

I had my first Hydra Facial at Enrich Salon today along with waxing, and it was a great experience! The salon was clean, well-maintained, and had a relaxing ambiance. Trupti, the beautician who assisted me, was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the process, informed me about the products she was using, and shared their benefits. She also made sure I was comfortable throughout and gave me helpful aftercare tips. I truly appreciated her professionalism and would highly recommend Trupti to my friends and colleagues. I'm looking forward to my next visit to Enrich Salon!

My mother and I had a great experience in the hands of Pankaj and Siddesh they really made our hair feel like new... Even the face wax ladies were good. They were graceful and calm.. Thank you for making us feel like queens
