Hairport Salon Spa

I had a very disappointing experience with Haiport Saloon. The service was far from satisfactory -- the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, and the overall professionalism was lacking. What frustrated me even more was their poor communication. I tried calling multiple times to book an appointment and clarify some details, but no one ever picked up or got back to me. For a place that presents itself as professional, the lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. Definitely not going back or recommending to anyone.

Very talented personnels are workinghere. Easy to drive here. Waiting at this saloon is a little difficult sometimes because the lack of waiting chairs.. but there service is really good and good for unisex as well as family boutique services

Seems like they are not interested in doing small jobs like shaving. Not a good service

Barber won't understand the cut I requested. Was not providing the information on the different packages, and was not knowledgeable about products or procedures, just kept saying Sir whatever package you would say we will apply Rated 2 stars as they did not ruin the haircut and were not impolite, but I left without any additional packages

The one guy among them who cutted my hair...don't know how to talk with customers...he was very rude...also didn't seem to be professional... spoiled my haircut...

Hair port DB chowk. They are charging like anything. They charged 600 for face wax . Seems they feel like they are in Mumbai. Staff is more interested in personal life of customer.

Good service and polite staff. No rush but not value for money means little costly. Digital payments accepted. Parking available. Ladies and Gents Parlour. Special compartment for ladies as per requirement.

Decent place for haircut.. at times a life saver for late comers as you can get your haircut at 12:00am aswell.. latest i have done is @12:30. only thing which might pinch you is.. too much friendly attitude of the staff.. and also staff has mix batch if rude and friendliness . i visit only when its a urge..
