They specialise in the best haircuts in the vicinity. Just ask for it and they make sure they give you the perfect cut and shape. I know the staff since long time and their very cooperative and friendly too. They never make you feel uncomfortable. Stylist was knowledgeable and disciplined throughout. Know their job very well and they do their best to make sure the customer feels happy before leaving.

Worst experience ever.. never visiting this place again.. I had waist long hair Deepak asked me if he can cut 2 inches showed me in mirror too but after that he legit cut my hair in half.. He (a senior stylist) had no basic knowledge that short hair doesn't suit a heighted person and long face.. on top of that he didn't even gave me a proper blowdry saying my hair are straight and it won't last Weather it last or don't last I paid 1200 bucks for a haircut u should give proper service to your customers Pathetic service I didn't say anything to them because the damage was done and he cant stick my hair back. But I knew then and there I am never coming back and never recommending that salon to anyone EVER Whoever is reading this trust me and save your hair I don't understand how half of people had given them 4/5 stars

There membership plans are big fraud ..I have paid 17000 for membership and every month they say your membership is expired..while taking membership the lady on counter said it's lifetime and 1 yr membership is complimentary .I have done my membership in month of September and they said both membership are expired and your balance left around 8k will not be refunded .. There website don't have any complaint portal..are membership plans made for monthly?? What kind of service is this..

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Zeeshan. His haircut and shaving skills are top-notch, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The head massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. He is professional, polite, and truly skilled in his craft. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great grooming experience!

I experienced a lack of transparency regarding for 18% GST been charged. After requesting a GST invoice, I received no response. This raises concerns about their adherence to tax regulations. I recommend that the GST department conduct an audit to ensure proper procedures are being followed. Request for customer must ask for PRINTED INVOICE to ensure your hard earned is paid for what is been charged

It wasnt good experience at all (at Lookwell ,Rambaug Kalyan West). I had my marriage next day and booked appointment for beard styling in 2 days advance (I did facial and hair spa , billing nearly 8k 2 days back and just booked beard appointment for day prior marriage) But when I visited the store my preferred barber was already serving some other clients (serving to 1 and 1 was in the queue so why to book appointments if they dont give shit about it anyways ? ). I was asked to wait for 40 mins . Being a premium member and a loyal user using their services it wasn't at all a good experience for me. At the end I had to go somewhere else and do it. This was very unprofessional. At least whenever someone is in important situations like this then they shouldn't show such unprofessional behaviour... We can cut or trim our hair at 1/3rd price of lookwell at local shops. Why do we choose premium salons like this then ? Because of their hospitality, professionalism. Now if their hospitality & professionalism ain't good then it's worthless to even pay them this much money. Will never recommend to go here , other salons could be preffered !

Lookwell Salon provides very poor service to its customers. I went to their Head Office once to buy a product, but no one there talked properly. Even after visiting their branch, their manager did not speak properly. Better service is available at local parlors than at Lookwell Salon.
