I recently got a haircut at The One Salon in Tisgaon, Kalyan, and I'm really happy with the experience. The staff was professional and friendly, and they took the time to understand the style I wanted. The haircut was clean, stylish, and exactly what I asked for. I have been a regular customer at The One Salon, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. Despite booking an appointment in advance, I was denied service upon arrival based on my hair texture. This has happened multiple times, making me feel unwelcome and ignored. The staff members often look at each other as if hesitant to serve me, which makes me feel uncomfortable. When I questioned them, they blamed the mismanagement on different people handling appointments and actual services--this is highly unprofessional. My time and money were wasted due to their lack of coordination and respect for customers. The One Salon seriously needs to improve its customer service and treat all clients equally. I hope they address these issues to prevent others from facing similar discrimination and inconvenience.

I recently got a Botox treatment for my hair at this salon, and the results were amazing! My hair looks beautiful and feels so much healthier. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. I was especially impressed with Abhay he is truly passionate about his work and ensures the best results for his clients. Overall, it's a great salon, and I highly recommend it.

I visited 'THE ONE SALON', and had a very good experience. Ayaan, one of the staff member gave me a fantastic haircut and everyone was so welcoming. He did my haircut with care rather than rushing through it. You will not be disappointed. This salon is most likely the best spot in Kalyan for haircut.

The service here was splendid. Did a global highlight here, the end result was mesmerizing. Finally found my go to place. The staff is helpful and well mannered. Keep up the good work.

This was my 4th visit I really want to appreciate staffs they are so humble but special mention to Aparna she is so good at her work It's just I personally found prices are bit high as compared to the locality but I over all experience was good...

I visited this salon today and had an amazing experience.. Had a visit to get my hair spa n hair coloring. Even though it was my first visit I dint feel so as the staffs there were too polite which makes you feel comfortable. Talking about Ayan who had done my hair spa was too good and the massage was too relaxing and soothing . He had taken me in another world of peace from our routine disturbing office stress. THE ONE SALON is actually a number ONE SALON as per my experience

The nanoplastia, along with global color and highlights, worked wonders on my hair. A big shoutout to Deepti and Abhay for their exceptional skills. The staff's overall service was excellent. My hair feels vibrant and healthy - couldn't be happier!
