VL Makeup Lounge and Family Salon x Strawberries and Cigarettes

Very disappointed with my experience. I went in with clear instructions, but it felt like they were more interested in experimenting on my hair than actually listening. I was also given misleading information about the process and results. What I got was nowhere close to what was discussed. If you're looking for a professional who respects your input and delivers what's promised, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I visited VLMakeup Salon for an Olaplex treatment. While the treatment didn't work for my hair (as they had honestly informed me beforehand), I still appreciate their transparency and professionalism. The overall experience was great -- the staff were welcoming and the salon has truly skilled artists. Would definitely consider coming back for other services!

I have 2 different experiences (Good and Bad) - Good Experience - I got nanoplastia treatment done from here and trust me it's amazing. I had booked an appointment for 7.30pm but during to traffic from Thane to Kalyan, i couldn't manage to reach on time and reached at 9pm as the receptionist asked me to come. I went there and they started their service on my hair. We all know nanoplastia takes a lot of time and i was so worried about it because it was getting late and like me even their staff is getting late too but Manpreet and Ekta Ji they both waited back patiently till 1.30-2am in the time and left only after my hair are done. They didn't have even a single frown on their face. They were so polite and kind to me. They offered me water, tea coffee multiple times. They even offered me something to eat too. I felt so bad for them but they kept consoling me that it's okay it's their work. Really very good service with hair. 10/10 for hair service. Keep it up Manpreet and Ekta. I hope they continue to be this polite and professional always. Good wishes. Bad Experience - while i had to wait for the application which is applied in my hair, there was a wait time of 1hour so i thought of getting my manicure pedicure done. I asked the owner if it is possible on which they said yes. When i started to get the manicure pedicure service, the guy (Dhanu i guess) firstly was very polite and assured me that he will do it very nicely. I believed him and let him do his job but as it was getting late for him, he started being rude. He didn't cut my nails, he didn't shape them well, he didn't file it well, he didn't cut the cuticles very well, when i asked him to cut my nails, he then very forcefully started cutting my nails with the very angry and weird face as if he was doing it for free. While cutting cuticles, he cut my skin so bad 4-5 times (hand and feet) that it started bleeding and made me put my hands in hot water where i started getting burning sensations. He didn't apply the nail paint as well properly. He applied it like some 3-4years old child will apply. It looked so bad. I had to tell him to do everything that comes under mani pedi service and all the time he made me feel guilty that because of me he had to wait this long and as if he is doing it all for free wherein i had chosen Rs.2400 mani pedi package. No proper massage was given. No proper service was given and at the EOD i felt waste of my hard earned money for this poor manicure pedicure service. I will never recommend this guy to anyone. I had and have all the empathy for this chap that he was getting late and he wanted to go home but in this case, the owner/staff who does mani pedi shouldn't have accepted to give the service late in the night and if they have accepted it then they shouldn't make the customer feel as if they are getting it done for free and not paying for it. That's all. 2/10 for manicure pedicure service. I hope they will improve here.

Deepa madam is very professional, humble and polite therapist. She listens carefully to the requirements and suggests facial according to the skin type. The facial experience was good. Results are clearly visible. Also, the appointment booking process was very smooth. Overall a very good experience. Team, Keep up the good work. Highly recommended.

It's a Very Good Salon.....I went with my mummy,she did Naturica Hair Spa, Colour and Haircut, Eyebrows and it was very Nice and we both did Pedicure felt very relaxed and calm.... I met a 2 very Wonderful people Mr.Prakash sir and Ms.Ekta mam Both are Experienced and gives you proper Suggestions in all Services,I had my Eyebrows done by Ekta mam she did very well job and was Experienced,they both are polite and Nice I am Definitely going to come next time. Overall it was lovely Experience!!
