Jawed Habib Hair And Beauty (Unisex Salon)

I visited JH for a head massage, wash and blow dry. The job was done a little beyond my expectations. I was thoroughly impressed!!! The person who attended to me gave me time, was very good at his job. The place is also well kept, clean, and the equipment works.

I have been a loyal Javed Habib customer since 2017. Today I was badly treated at Javed Habib Salon in Malkapur, Karad, Maharashtra. I am extremely sad, disappointed, hurt, and felt that I deserved a better treatment for being a loyal customer since so many years. My mother had called and booked an hairspa appointment for me and for hair color for her. My mother is a Javed Habib member and regular customer as well. My appointment was scheduled at 6:15 pm. We reached the salon on time. I patiently waited till 7:25 pm- for more than one hour. Still I was not attended by any staff for my work. My appointment was with Ashwini. She knew I was waiting still did not bother to take me and kept attending other clients. The male receptionist (l do not know the name) and another staff both had asked what treatment I wanted to take.. meaning they knew I was waiting. The receptionist appeared unprofessional and not trained enough in taking proper appointments and conveying the same to hair stylist in a timely manner. What is the point of taking an appointment if your salon staff is not going to value customers' time? What is the difference in being a loyal customer for over 7-8 years if you are not going to even look at them and treat them respectfully? Is it my fault for patiently waiting for more than an hour or it is very less time for you to make someone wait? Is it very normal for Javed Habib Salon to treat customers badly? I left the salon after wasting my time without getting any work done. All facts stated by me can be verified through your CCTV cameras. You will clearly see that I was made to wait for extremely long time. Your salon is under staffed and there is a huge lack of hairstylists who can handle clients. It is up to you how to train your staff..how to teach them better customer service. In today's customer centric and highly competitive world, it would be bad for your brand name to lose face due to unprofessional staff. There is no dearth of beauty parlors and salons in this world. You will lose loyal customers like me due to inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Sincerely, A disappointed customer (Giving 5 star rating for your poor customer service experience)

Came here for just a regular trim but went w a relaxing experience. I'd recommend to get a facial and other stuff done by Pooja. She's quite professional and knows her way.

I recently visited JH salon for hair wash & this wasn't the first time me taking hairwash in any salon which has a brand name to it. First they insisted to add one more service of blow dry after wash, which I wasn't looking for. (Since in all salons drying of hair is included) They didn't wanted to dry my hair since I refused to take extra service.I had water dripping from my ends. Later after requesting them they dried them ,as if it was a favour on me. Extremely Rude, unprofessional staff. Do not visit this salon as There are other good salons in karad.0 ratings and definitely not visiting again _____________________________________________ Date-30 Dec. ,22 (Reply to the response received) What do you mean by "you paid 200 ONLY as a change" ? Charge for Hairwash is Rs.200 which includes normal dry. But honestly Hair-wash wasn't even worth Rs.200 as you guys left water dripping from hair and didn't even include the dry. Thats a complete lie I never asked for a Blow dry. I did not demand anything but you guys refuse to normal dry. There is no misunderstanding but clear intentions that you mentioned in your reply "I had visited the salon 3 times for hairwash" you want people to take services with higher chargers for your profit but miserably fail prove it with your services & do not give complete service leaving your customers unsatisfied. When I was in your salon you were forcing me to take separate BLOW -DRY service and when I did not take ,you didn't even NORMAL DRY MY HAIR AND LEFT IT WITH WATER DRIPPING. Never visiting your salon as its not worth it atall.Just the brand name doesn't add value but services do. I strongly recommend everyone to not visit this Jawed habib branch not worth the money
