Pathetic experience! TBH - I had done haircut previously here but this time it was lady who doesn't listen at all. I clearly told her that keep my haircut medium but she went on done what she wanted, and the result finally very short hair. And now I have to go to the Function with silly look! Very much disappointed, I told her since beginning but she didn't listen a single time. No professionalism - I'm never again doing a cut here. And the previous reviews talk about the same thing, I wanted not to book the appointment, let it be cost I have to bear for next 2-3 weeks until my hair grows back. Note - If you see that lady just run away and wait for other folks (in case of the emergency).

A nice place for complete salon services. I've been coming here almost 2 years now for my regular haircut and it's very neat,clean tidy. The person who cuts my hair, Mr Manish is very friendly and efficient and knowledgeable. Haircut costs around 200, which includes a hair wash. Prior appointments are recommended. Do give it a try.

Hair wash was very quick. Not really satisfying. they don't do head massage in hair wash. haircut and setting was good.

Kutz salon is one of my fav salons to get hair cut. They always make me feel special and give a good haircut and suggest good cuts / styling that suit my face. Highly recommended

Vilasini is a one stop wonder in case you need some help with your makeup and hair for any occasion. She helped me with my makeup, hair and saree draping for all my wedding events i.e. engagement ceremony, main wedding and reception. She does her work with utmost dedication and the best of equipment. Due to my lack of time, I was not able to provide any instructions before hand, in spite of this she did a wonderful job with her creativity in all my makeup and in record time as well. Thank you Vilasini for providing such a seamless experience. I highly recommend her and Kutz Salon.

Very disappointing service. Ruined my hair, bearded and wrong hair color used. The stylish didn't even ask what kinda hair cut I wish to do. He just started cutting the hair by his choice and cut them short but I had asked him to trim it. The beard trim was a disaster. I asked to just trim beard but the stylish styled it without even asking me. Almost half of the beard was shaved without my permission. In the end to fix the bad style I had to do the clean shave. I asked the stylish to color my hair that lol me natural or close to natural but outta overconfidence he incorrectly mixed the conditioner and color made my hair look like they are not colored but some heavy black chemical is put that has no shine. The whole disaster did cost me 2100rs. It's clear that only good set up and fancy name is not everything. No quality at all. Very disappointing...

The one thing I noticed the several times I went there is the utter lack of respect for the customers time. Inspite of booking an appointment and arriving on time I never got my haircut on time and had to wait at least 30 min to get it done . I think this is highly unprofessional and it made the experience very frustrating. Also, they have a tendency on prioritising certain customers which is not acceptable. I will surely be not going there ever again.
