I had the most relaxing experience at Harara Spa! The ambiance is so calming, with soothing music and a warm, welcoming vibe. The staff are super friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I tried their deep tissue massage, and it was incredible--just the right amount of pressure to melt away all my stress. The spa is also spotless, which added to the overall experience. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the quality and service.

Reduces the ratings because of the disappointment I faced during my therapy session. The staff work here can't speak hindi, english hence its difficult to communicate with them. Not even basic instructions we can communicate during session. I feel having a therapy is lot more depend on communication too as it makes the client comfortable and relax. Hopefully they will improve this!

I recently got a deep tissue massage, and it was amazing! The therapist was super skilled and really focused on my sore spots, like my shoulders and lower back. The pressure was firm but just right, and I felt so much relief by the end of the session. The whole vibe was perfect--calming music, a cozy room, and the relaxing scent of essential oils. It did hurt a bit during the massage, but the results were totally worth it. If you're feeling tense or stressed, I highly recommend it.

While the session with the masseuse was good, communication skills were not good. All I could understand what she said was 'excuse me sir'. And she could understand, what I said was nothing. I was really hoping that she would at least engage in a decent conversation with me but alas ...

Had visit harara spa lonavala and we had visit at other branches of harara it is the one of the best spa i ever seen they have very well staff and even staff is well trained,me and my partner reached lonavala after long driver we planned to do the massage honestly after massage we was thinking we just took 30 min so so relaxed and we really want to visit again thank you team harara
