Worst salon ever. First they messed up the hair cut then they give us excuses that if you apply wax then it will look good. I said them to do it but they are like we don't have wax and gel. Come on.. a salon doesn't have wax and gel. These are just reasons, they knew that they have messed up which can't be fixed. Atleast they have to accept the mistake instead of giving such stupid reasons. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED GUYS.

Excellent service. I didn't have to wait for a long time. Service was quick and prompt. My haircut was done by Rehan who did an amazing job and also made sure that I was feeling quite comfortable.

Worst services you can ever get. Zero cleanliness, insects roaming in their salon area. The girl who was doing the manicure and pedicure had no experience of the same, she had nails that'll scratch your hands and legs, also she cut my leg mail so deep that It started bleeding. Very unprofessional and pathetic service one can have.

I had an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, and Sony did a fantastic job with both the facial and massage. It was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I'll definitely be returning soon!

I visited the salon on Sunday, 14 July, 2024 @ 6:30pm. The staff at the salon is literally unprofessional and have not knowledge about handling the clients skin. I took a package of 1299/- incl hair spa facial haircut threading. The staff allotted to me Ms. Soni, had poor experience and injured my forehead with her nails during hair spa and facial. She just kept on rubbing my skin during facial inspite of soft massaging movements. The haircut was satisfactory, he the stylist was the only professional staff I could see. I would appreciate if the Management team takes action against this and hires a really professional and nonviolent staff. Unprofessional Staff like Ms. Soni will make the salon loose it's clients very soon. Authorities may pls take action on this instead of ignoring the issue.

Hair stylist named Karthik, misbehaved with my hair and was careless as he put my hair in dryer and didn't even apologize... Hairstylists keep fighting between them "tu kar tu kar" Only one guy was professional out of them, who really cared for customers.... Rest were clearly not interested.... Though they charge 100 it's better to put more money in other salon den this....Staff needs to change their arrogant behaviour... Disappointed

Great salon had a really nice and relaxing experience at reasonable cost.very friendly staff will definitely visit again
