Day 6-7 (2 time update) This is my second update regarding the Malad branch. I went for nanoplastia on October 23, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Even the hairdresser admitted that the treatment wasn't done properly, saying "nai hua hai barabar." However, the owner of the Malad branch had the audacity to dismiss my concerns with a careless attitude, as if to say, "ab toh think hua na." I didn't want to create a scene in front of other customers, but this level of indifference is unacceptable. My hair is now in the worst condition it has ever been--damaged, burnt, and completely unmanageable. The results are nothing like what I had asked for, and I'll be attaching images to show the difference between what I wanted, what I got, and the extent of the damage. I've spent 6,000, and it's all gone to waste. I strongly urge others to avoid this branch. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and care has left me with a terrible experience and even worse hair. Day 1 - 5 I recently visited the Malad branch for nanoplastia and hair color. My hair tends to get a lot of knots, and I was recommended to try the Kerabond treatment. After confirming with the stylist that this would help with the knots, I decided to go ahead. Unfortunately, in just one wash, the color completely faded, and the knots came back worse than ever. When I returned to the salon, the person who did my color suggested I pay for a spa treatment! This is frustrating because why should I need a spa after spending so much on the treatment? Even after using their recommended shampoo, my hair is still getting knots, and now it's severely damaged. What's even more disappointing is that last time, I did a Keratin treatment at their Borivali branch and used my Marc Anthony shampoo without any issues. How is it suddenly a problem now? Instead of accepting their mistake, they blamed my shampoo. After that, they washed my hair with their shampoo and did a spa treatment, but the knots persisted. Following the nanoplastia, my hair has only worsened--now all of my hair is damaged, and some strands are even burnt. And to top it off, the color wasn't even what I had asked for! As someone who regularly colors their hair and has done this treatment multiple times (despite having straight hair), I expected much better results. I wouldn't recommend visiting their Malad branch or any of the branch. Very disappointing experience. If you cant offer services with good products do not provide offers...

I had visited this place along with my wife for her hair smoothing. They suggested to do Keratin treatment saying some narrative which we agreed upon. We have been told over call that L'Oreal will be used for the treatment and hence we visited this place. However, upon being asked which brand you are applying they said this is Cairo ( their own in house brand). On completing the treatment they said now you have to use shampoo and conditioner of this brand only otherwise we will not be responsible if anything happens. The product sold is also 30% higher rate than other comparable product and not available anywhere else then this store. Anyone visiting this place make sure which brand will be used and requirement of using the same brand for the future. Apart from this do not expect any food or drinking water as complementary which in other places is available. Even washroom is not available and is chargeable in the complex. The entire floor at this place is full of salons. Prices mentioned are starting price and actual price will be usually higher than mentioned. There is no separate GST and invoice is not available even after upon being asked you will not get any invoice.

I visited Apple Salon at Moksh plaza twice. I got my haircut and global + highlights + hair treatment done from here. I would highly recommend this place.

Me and my friend went for hair spa and haircut. Service haircut was done so nicely in such a good price. If you're looking for something cheap and amazing service go for haircut for hair spa. I would just give one advice. Please use hygienic products and also use disposable apron and gloves and towels, other than that. Everything was pretty good. Just got my first hair colour done at Apple Salon by Naresh He did a wonderful job. Highly recommend

One of the worst places to visit. There is a lot of partiality, and absolutely no sense of professionalism. The staff were rude and disinterested. Instead of attending to customers, some employees were busy styling their own hair while others chatted among themselves, causing unnecessary delays.

I went there twice for haircut. The person who was cutting my hair kept making faces and telling me that your hair are damaged all and your hair are very dry and kept making bad faces like he didn't wanted to cut my hair and my hair are CURLY so it looks dry when are being combed and he kept telling me you need to do this and that and the other time the person was not ready to cut my hair he was being lazy he was like your hair are oily when they were just washed and the other person told him that they were not oily he told something to other 2 person with me and then while blow drying he stuck my hair in it and wasn't even trying was like we need to cut your hair now and all but other people came and helped I don't know what they get for shaming people about their hair everyone doesn't want to get treatments so please learn about different hair types and if you don't like doing work then don't do it why make excuses with customer.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Apple Salon borivali east, two of the station road branches! We went there to get the haircut for my 6 year old and myself. To start with, we were misguided by the manager, who assured us the wait time would be just 10 minutes. That turned into 30 minutes, only for them to send us to another branch(no. 7), promising faster service. When we got there, the branch was completely vacant, yet they still refused to do my child's haircut(a trim), and I quote, "hume bachchon ka haircut karna nahi aata." Unbelievable! This raises serious doubts on the skill development at Apple. What a shame to the franchisee! As if that wasn't bad enough, the salon was in a disgusting state--dust covering the black couch and racks, plumbing issues- they were moving clients from a branch to the neighbouring branch for hair wash, and an overall unhygienic atmosphere. A salon should be clean and welcoming, not neglected and unsanitary. Zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. AND after all of this, no apology whatsoever! Dear apple salon and all the money makers that run the place, people come to you because you offer good hair care with pocket friendly options. Seems to me you've started taking customers for GRANTED. And we all know what happens when customer is not valued. If you value your time, have respect for yourself and want basic hygiene, stay FAR AWAY from this place!
