Very disappointed with the experience at this salon. My wife went in for a haircut and the result was far from what was expected. The haircut was poorly done and clearly showed a lack of skill and experience. The staff seemed untrained and were not helpful or guiding at all throughout the process. For a service-based industry, professionalism and customer care should be a priority--sadly, that was missing here. Definitely not recommended

Wow! what an great experience, I visited Billionhair Unisex Salon Borivali a month ago, the staff was very professional in their approach, very hygienic and i loved the ambiance very soothing. Very personal attention was given to me through out my service though they very extremely busy all clients were given equal attention. I am very much impressed that quality of service and excellent customer service they provided. All high value and expensive range of product used in the salon. Amazing experience with Ali as he perfectly done my highlights with full of friendliness, dedication and patience for more than 5 hrs.

Great service and atmosphere I'm delighted with the results and the friendly welcoming atmosphere at Billionhair Salon, Kandivali. Talented staff I usually visit the salon and Naseem is the one who I approach. He is incredibly talented and listened attentively to my requests. He takes the time to educate me about my hair and the right products for my hairAlso, he suggested few tips and tricks to tackle issues of my tresses. And I must say it worked! Excellent service The salon's services are top-notch and the staff are experts in hairdressing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to the needs. Pampered and confident They're polite and respectful with their clients and make sure to provide refreshments as well. I've never felt so pampered and confident leaving a salon before. Very nice service. Global hair colour with balayage done by Mr. Ali. Mr. Ali and all other staff are very supportive.i have done hair colour and highlight for first time. I was little bit confused. But Mr Ali and Arif Bhai have explained me very well. I m very happy with the service.Will visit again and again.

I got my nails done here..and it was very amazing experience,the nail technician Mansi is very talented and sweet and will even help you to get your perfect summer nails

Absolutely horrible and rude experience. Think twice before visiting from far! Today I went to their factory lane outlet for pedicure and manicure and they directly denied giving any services and said " you have to take an appointment " Although all their staff was free and chit chatting outside.

Curly girls if you're looking for great salon experience and fantastic hair cut and color look no further!staff was very friendly and talented,they took the time for explaining hair color cut options that would work best for me.your curls in good hands nothing to worry about. They have launched new service which is name as fibre plastia costing 45000 which actually a straightening treatment which has ruin my hair day by day my hair is breaking drastically when i went back they applied botox by my suggestion to stop the further damage my hair look weird now even after both of these treatments i am blow drying my hair which has never happened before btw i do botox in every 6 months still this was never the issue
