Worst salon I have visited. The lady staff started arguing with me mid hair wash that, it will charge more because I have oil in my hair, even when the other staff already told me the price of hair wash+ hair cut. She was so rude, I swear. They do not have warm water to wash your hair, they just use cold water and complain if your hair is still greasy. I swear, I will never visit this salon again. I don't see their business lasting for very long if this is the service they provide. Worst experience ever.

One of the worst things experiences. I went there for hair wash and hair setting, the person who was doing the service used conditioner in my scalp and she didn't even wash it off properly. My hair got all dry and frizzy when she was doing the setting. She didn't even set my hair properly, she was doing it for the namesake. The seat was so uncomfortable and even after the setting my hair wasn't dry. Wouldn't recommend if you are looking for really good service.

The staff are very friendly/ professional and the salon smells beautiful with dimly lit rooms and relaxing music. I recently had a facial treatment with Pia and she provided great knowledge regarding my skin type (hormonal acne) and suggested some products for me to use. My skin has cleared up quite noticeably after using the products for just over a week. Thank you! I will be back soon Rated:10/09
