Celebrity Beauty Parlour

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Celebrity Beauty Parlour for a haircut, manicure and pedicure, and I must say that the experience exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted warmly by the friendly staff, and the excellent service continued throughout my entire visit. The staff members were friendly, professional, and accommodating. They were attentive to my needs and ensured that I was comfortable throughout my visit. Considering the exceptional skill of the stylists and technicians, I believe the value for money is excellent. I left the salon feeling pampered and comfortable. Already looking forward to my next visit.

Terrible experience, put me on a cheap plastic chair for mani pedi. I understand I'm 90kgs but salons should provide salon chairs. I had a fall and my tailbone is swollen, instead of giving me a discount and peacefully carrying out the rest of my requested services - threading , head massage and shampoo with blow dry peacefully, their girl ruined my fine nanoplasty done hair by being so rough and tearing my hair by tugging at my scalp, she didn't even deep condition my hair for even a minute, I had to continuously ask her to put serum on my hair as she didn't even know basic hair care, ruined my eyebrows badly and didn't even bother threading my face properly! They were in too much of a hurry to leave instead of making sure services were carried out properly. All through this ordeal, I was kind and understanding towards them, but they shamelessly charged me 6500 that too after I asked for discount! Was surely not expecting this from them ! Will go back to my usual urban company and yes madam appointments from now on!

Loved the experience at Celebrity Beauty Parlour. Found it to be value for money and staff to be helpful and caring with elderly people as well. The haircut service was just the way I wanted, in love with my hair even more post the haircut and the blow dry. Thank you for the service, would highly recommend the salon.

I had applied henna at their parlor at karvachauth mela and the henna design was good, hence booked an appointment again here but just 4hrs before my appointment I get a call from the parlor that my appointment is canceled and they can't get my henna done. I told them that my function is just next day, who will do my design and expressed my disappointment so they called me back within a minute and informed that they've arranged someone else and i can come down for mehendi design.. I confirmed if the artist is good and well trained they said yes. Before start of the application i asked the artist to show me pictures of her work as i have to attend an important occasion she said she doesnt have pics and definitely she'll do a great job. She did pathetic henna design, again and again she was doing mistakes and wiping off the henna from my skin, she took complete 3 hours for basic henna from wrist and I paid the full amount 900rs cause she took 3hrs. In 3hrs I got my bridal henna above elbow in my wedding. She was extremely slow and I bet I could do a better design than her. The henna was also old and i didnt get dark color stain. Also water droplets were falling on my henna from above the ac.. altogether it was extremely bad experience. I never post negative reviews but this one made me do it as this parlor has spoiled my mood, hands and my special occasion. Do not get your services done here!

My hair is spoiled by Rajesh hairstylist such a waste of time and money I request people to just not go there for any hair treatment or else u will regret like me

My most trusted salon in Powai. Been visiting them for more than 10 years...Rahul does the best blowdry. He's my favourite hairstylist. Pallavi is good at her job too. Very hardworking & polite staff. Kudos to the team for always delivering their best!

Great staff, will prioritise your comfort and also tailor services as per your skin type, hair texture and quality. Pooja and Sushma are amazing at what they do.

I have been visiting celebrity salon since 2013 as it was close to my office and that was the only salon in vicinity which is open early at 8.30am sometime they have opened it for me as early as at 7.30-8 am also. All the staff is very friendly n cooperative. Specially Sushma, Rahul bhai and Rajesh bhai If you are looking for waxing, facial n pedicure manicure then I would highly recommend Sushma for her service. And for hair services like hair wash, blow dry hair cut no one can beat Rahul bhai and Rajesh bhai.. they know exactly how the customer want their blow dry look. It's been almost 10+ years I have been regular customer even though now my office is not in Powai I don't mind coming all the way from thane for their services. Overall rating -10/10 Hospitality-10/10 Price - at par
