The receptionist was friendly and promptly checked me in,and the lady who did my eyebrow threading was painless and done with great accuracy, leaving my brows looking neat and well-shaped.Everyone was polite and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit.The quality of service was impressive. My haircut was exactly how I wanted it, with a great finish and The head massage was incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. The therapist used a combination of techniques, including circular motions and gentle kneading, which helped relieve tension in my scalp, neck, and shoulders. She also used a nourishing hair oil that left my hair feeling soft and healthy. The experience was deeply calming, and I could feel the stress melting away.The pricing at Cinderella Parlour is quite reasonable for the quality of service provided. My experience has been worst with them, they don't know how to do hair massage which is really basic. Constantly tried to pull my hair and damage it as much as they could, I kept requesting them to not atleast pull and do it gently but the lady ignored and kept doing it her way. In the end I had to tell them to stop doing it and I'll pay what they want but stop pulling my hair. Told me that they will give steam after massage but turned out it was only for few minutes. Worst place that you can ever decide to go. I thought I'll pamper myself for sometime but they made sure to pull my hair and make me cry for 45 minutes straight.
