The staff was all very nice but did a bad job on my hair. I went in for a touch up on my blonde highlights and they turned my hair blue, orange and different shades of yellow and then covered it with a dark black at the front. Very expensive for this result. Perhaps good at other services, but I wouldn't go for bleaching. And during the entire time the manager was trying to sell me more services.

Me and my friends have been there today and everyone was kind and also the booking via WhatsApp was no problem and they replied very fast. My therapist who did my facial also was kind and also did me a favor with a not asked back massage because she wanted me to relax. She told me she would not charge for it. In the spa menu the price for my facial was 3500 rupees and also I had a discount code. After my appointment they charged me 4130 rupees and when I gave 300 rupees of tip they told me it was very less and 500 would be better. Then they all spoke something in Hindi language which I did not understand and all laughed about it. So as a tourist I would not recommend to come here because also with my friends it was the same that they wanted to charge them even more than the written prices and also there was no type of discount. In the end I am just disappointed about their behavior. EDIT: The owner of the salon contacted me directly after seeing this review and apologized a hundred times for this mistake. She offered me a free appointment of my choice and explained the situation why it came to this point. She was very friendly and I hope that next time everything will work out perfectly.

Had a fabulous experience here, the staff was extremely nice and hospitable as I walked in pretty late and they immediately accommodated me. Ritesh is incredible, did a fabulous manicure and pedicure and the best massages I've gotten at a Mumbai salon. He definitely knows what he's doing! Only negative is the quality of the gel polish used could've been slightly better to give a good finish. Would 100% visit again though and highly recommend their services.

Haroon is an exceptionally gifted stylist. He definitely knows what he is doing . I got my hair colored at Color Cafe after reading the reviews and the results did not disappoint. I came together with my mumma and the stylist was super kind to her as well. Kudos to the entire team.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Color Cafe Spa. I booked a deep tissue massage appointment over the phone and received confirmation from their staff, Miss Bublee. However, when I arrived, they claimed no such appointment existed. Apparently, Miss Bublee failed to log my booking in their system. The lack of organization and poor communication reflect terribly on their services. I wasted my time and effort due to their negligence. I strongly advise others to avoid this spa until they improve their booking process and staff accountability.
