There are plenty of salons in Borivali, but I strongly urge you to stay away from this one. They constantly change their terms after you've already signed up for a treatment, which is completely unprofessional. The staff lacks basic customer service skills, and compared to other salons, they fall embarrassingly short in both behavior and competence. Don't waste your time trying to give them feedback--they're more interested in defending their poor service than actually improving it. They'll just keep going on about how great they think they are. If you're going to spend your money, you're better off choosing a reputed brand. Yes, they might charge a bit more, but at least their staff knows what they're doing and treats clients with basic respect.

This is one of the best salons in Mumbai I've been to till now. The staff and the owner is very professional and polite . I am very satisfied with my haircut. Even the environment is very tidy. This will be my go to salon in Mumbai. The prices are also very affordable in comparison to other salons with bad service. I'd recommend this salon to everybody out there.

We had the best experience! We randomly stumbled upon this salon online and decided to give it a try. Took the hair spa service for my mom and sister, and it turned out to be really good. The staff and the owner were all very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

I went here for hair colour mainly balayage highlights and i had a good experience. I recommend this place. Aman did a great job with the highlights and owner Poonam is really great at her work too. Whole team is really sweet.

I am so rejuvenated right now. The Salon Owner Mrs Namrata such beautiful lady n kind hearted person she welcome with sweet smile. The place has such good vibe that you can instantly feel relaxed. The changing room is well equipped and the pedicurist Miss Dimple who gave me the massage was well trained. She made sure I am relaxed and also asked if the pressure was fine. She took care about my comfort. Highly recommended

Went here for the first time to get a hair cut.. My experience was pretty good . Amaal attended me and gave a beautiful haircut. Overall place is beautiful and spacious with latest equipments. Everyone including owner and staff is sweet.
