Experience with counter staff is good and Sohail at Satra Park isvan exceptionally outstanding Salon Head. Rakesh and Tithi are fantastic n outstanding. However very unhappy with basic amenities not available by management like ac priblem now and then n servicing customers without ac for 3 days Not expected, please resolve

Anytime Rahi for my threading as my skin is very sensitive she knows the best and she does my threading the way I want and my eyebrows shape after threading by her is just too good! Very happy with Rahi as she is always so polite and kind.

Excellent service, special thanks to Aniket, perfect for hair colour services He helped selecting the colour based on my skin tone, understood the requirement correctly. Highlights were perfectly blending with the base. Also the process through which he did was outstanding and time saving, and all this without bleaching the hair. Also good at haircut and spa

I had an amazing experience at Enrich! The salon service was excellent, and the staff was very professional and welcoming. The skin specialist Tithi did a fantastic job, providing expert care and making sure I was comfortable throughout. My skin feels refreshed and glowing! There was one more staff Shailesh..who was a helper in haircoloring, he did a fantastic job Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality salon services

I visited Enrich today for a haircut , I agree that they were frizzy so was advised a hair spa which was valid What was really endearing is that since my hair had not really lost shape of previous haircut or had damaged ends my stylist Aniket agreed its best to wait for haircut. He skilfully did his job without being annoying and pushing expensive products when I didn't ask for Wish everyone would respect the consumers wishes as well and not just focus on marketing the brand products for their personal gains Kudos to Aniket! I hope there are no negative points for a service being cancelled from my end for Aniket Will definitely visit again and recommend this particular stylist

My best hair colour ever! Thank you to Mr. Imran who provided me with hair colour consultation and service. He was very kind and professional throughout the service. He understood my hair colour preferences and provided me with the hair colour that exactly matched my expectations. I have coloured my hair thrice before at other salons and this was my fourth time and thus far the BEST hair colour. I was nervous before the hair colour as I have never got the look that I preferred before. Imran understands your preferences well and gives your hair the perfect makeover that suits your face. Also the staff at Enrich is very kind and respectful. They also offered me coffee and snacks and provided a good treatment. Imran is a very talented hair stylist and I highly recommend Imran for your hair colour and styling needs.

Went here for a facial and hair spa today. Swapnali did my facial, it was a really good service. She took her time and explained my options. The hour long service was relaxing and great, followed by threading of eyebrows and upperlips, also done expertly well. Jayesh did my hairspa and it was also pretty great. He also suggested products to me that will help with my seebum issue. Apart from the service, I also appreciated that they did not push any extra services and products to me unnecessarily which I have faced in the other enrich outlets before. In all, a very relaxing morning.

This is a review for the employee Ms .Arti of enrich salon.. I called her to book an appointment for my mother for a hair spa for her birthday. She mentioned 1800/-be the charges for the same. When my mother went to her for the treatment ,she directly elevated the rate to 3000 .. This was utterly rubbish and unprofessional on her side to do so and discourage the customer that too on her birthday.. Kindly unemploy and terminate her as she is highly inefficient ...giving wrong information to attract and please customers and then bring their moral down when they visit in person. An absolute disappointment ! Please do not waste your precious time and money on them.
