Sharing my terrible experience at Gitanjali. I planned my visit prior to one of my business trips & went for a manicure. The beautician did hurt during the service & one of my fingers nails started bleeding. I didn't create a fuss & gave it a benefit of doubt. What was horrifying was the next week post the manicure (pics attached) . One of my finger nails literally came off & was bleeding.. the hands looked shabby throughout my business trip . Had nails chipping off for 2 weeks . Extremely bad experience. I had also booked a hair color appointment for a day later but given this experience, I didn't go ahead with it. Also took an annual membership .so for paying closing to 3.3k what I received was the worst manicure of my life.. reached out to the front desk ..but all they kept telling me was to visit the salon. No apology or refund whatsoever.

The staff was so courteous and skilled. Did my hair services from Soham and he really made sure I had the best experience and results. Very happy with the customer service.

I recently visited the salon for a haircut and hair color, and I must say, I'm really impressed! Stylist Saurabh did a brilliant job--he clearly knows his craft and works like a true expert. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted. Poonam was very soft-spoken and welcoming, which added to the pleasant experience. The salon itself has a warm and comfortable vibe. Highly recommended!

My first time at the salon was pleasant ... which is only a few days old. Good to have such a classy salon waking distance from my house. Service is meticulous. The basic pedicure was more than enough to make my feet feel happy. Very well spaced out. Prices are more or less close to powai based stylish salons and even the service is of that level. Must visit again!!
