I am a regular client at this franchise at Kemps Corner where I mostly get my nail extension, gel polish and nail art done by Swapanil who is really good. I have got the root touch up done twice over there. . This time when I went that hair stylist was not there so the manager suggested the other one who did not know how to match the colour. My hair is coloured blackish from the root but he messed up using a brown tone. My hair looks so pathetic and patchy. I am so upset with it.

Went to get normal gel polish. The nail technician told me I needed a manicure and did an incomplete manicure, without even letting me know the price, or asking if I wanted it. Asked for a photo reference, but she just did what she wanted to do, irrespective of what was asked for. Would not recommend this place for nails.

Best nail experience! Got chrome nails done from Swapnali and she did such an amazing job! Her dedication and skill are commendable. She ensured I was happy and satisfied with my nails even though it meant she had to stay back and put in additional time. Would 100% recommend

The Salon has become my go to place to get my nails done. Swapnali is a great artist and is great at her work. I trust her to do my nails for all my important events be it weddings or work events or vacays. She is extremely gentle and understands client needs exactly. Super professional and her guidance is to the point. She is very patient and prioritises client wants. Extremely satisfied with the service. Also thanks to Abhishek for the help and support.

Lovely service. I got a haicut and facial cleanup done by Harsh and Bagyeshree resp. Haircut was just what I wanted and the facial was soothing relaxing. Overall a wonderful experience.

This salon is a huge rip off with some rude staff members. The pedicure guy was making faces and complaining the whole time he had to do a pedicure. The salon also charges 500 rupees extra for any "glitter polish" which makes no sense as the process and procedure is the same, and it's not an additional coat - just regular nail polish. Feels like they're just there to upsell and rip you off.

I got a haircut here for the first time and it was an amazing experience! I was lucky to get Rupa as my hairdresser and she was very kind and undoubtedly talented as my hair looked absolutely gorgeous at the end :))
