I was trying them for the first time after reading the google reviews, and let me tell you they are 100% genuine reviews. They serivce was so good, and my expert stylist, Akshay did a fab job guiding me the right cut and also give insights on my problems. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend. I've been visiting Kapil's Salon regularly, and I must say the service has always been top-notch. A big thank you to Prince for the brilliant service this time - he handled my hair and treatment with such technical skill and professionalism. I truly appreciate the way he worked with care and confidence. Also, thanks to the rest of the staff for consistently providing the best service every time I visit. I'm very happy with the experience and highly recommend the salon!

The gel nails were done reasonably well, but the Olaplex treatment was not up to the mark. This is not to demean any brand or any technician but despite clearly asking for 50% drying of hair in the end, half of the scalp was left wet, and the product residue was noticeable once I got home, as that area felt stiff. The technician seemed to be in a hurry to leave, even though there were still a few minutes remaining until the scheduled closing time of 9:30 PM. PS: Also, before any assumption is made about the customer being late, I'd like to clarify that my original 6:30 PM appointment was rescheduled to 7 PM after a confirmation over the phone. Completing a treatment properly, regardless of other factors, reflects true professionalism

It was my first time having a haircut at Kapils Salon and had an amazing experience. Sushma understood my hair woes and suggested a haircut accordingly and kept me involved throughout the haircutting process. I am really happy with the results. Overall I found the Salon very clean and staff were professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend.

I visited again kpils for hair colour... Akshay hair specialist suggested for global + highlights to give me different look and hide my grey hair...after believing him to what he suggested I am extremely glad that it turned to be extremely beautiful. We came in for my and my daughter's haircut. They stylists were patient and understood the cut my girls needed. Not just hearing part but the execution and outcome was extremely perfect. Kudos to Akshay, Sushma and Prince for taking good care of us and making the visit a worthwhile.

Amazing experience with Dhara Shah, she is super professional, friendly, and really provided the output which I wanted. My hair turned out even better than what I expected. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

Got hair spa and hair cut done for me and my mom and totally loved the service. Vanita and Kailash did a wonderful job. Ganesh provided complementary foot massage as well. Very happy with their services.
