Great experience!! They did a good job on making me choose the right treatment for my hair! I went for smoothening but due to my upcoming wedding they suggested to go for a protein treatment instead of straightening chemical treatment! That saved my wedding day!! Finally ended up doing a boutox treatment which helped my hair look smooth and shiny!! Thank you Kara
