Returned here after almost 3 years! Big shout out to Sneha for bringing me back. As soon as I heard her name while booking my appointment I was sold and carefree. Thank you for the amazing service which feels like a breeze and she does it so effortlessly. Thank you Lakme for always providing quality service and standards. A bit expensive but worth it.

I have been visiting Lakme Salon, Devidas lane for almost a decade now and I have never ever been disappointed by their service. The salon is very well managed and has a cosy, welcoming vibe about it. The staff is cordial and always to eager to help. I do avail their hair and skin services regularly. The stylists give you complete information, suggest suitable products and services and well adept in their work. Bhagyashree, Shahin, Anita, Sneha simply great!! Also special mention of the salon manager who handles scheduling, appointments etc very well. I strongly recommend this salon to everyone who's looking for excellent service and a pleasant experience

Bhagyashree is the best - I did the QOD Biotene hair treatment, facial haircut and eyebrows - she has so much patience and did a great job with my hair! The Facial was also very relaxing and she took care that the pressure is right! The entire staff was also very kind and helpful! I recommend the Borivali Lakme Salon and will be back again.
